In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I don't want therapy to be the thing you hate most. I will work to incorporate your interests including art, music, and movement and will work to improve your ability to communicate effectively, set healthy boundaries, and develop healthy coping skills.
