Your well-being is my ultimate concern. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process. This is a joint process and will be at your own pace, as therapy is individual and based on how much you have experienced throughout your life and what you want to focus on. I work to empower you to make positive changes in your life and we will determine through the therapy process what is your best course for moving forward. Change is hard, but together, hopefully you have have different and more positive outcomes in your life.
