  • Code: 90791 - Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (1 hour) - $150.00

  • Code: 90834 - Psychotherapy (38-52 Minutes) - $120.00

  • Code: 90837 - Psychotherapy (52-60 Minutes) - $140.00

  • Code: 90839 - Psychotherapy for a Crisis (30-74 Minutes) - $120.00

  • Code: 90839 - Psychotherapy for Crisis (Add on Code for additional 30 minutes) - $50.00

  • Code: 90846 - Family Psychotherapy without Patient Present (50 Minutes) - $140.00

  • Code: 90847 - Family Psychotherapy with Patient (50 Minutes) - $140.00

  • Missed Appointment with less than 24 Hour Notice from the time of your scheduled appointment.

       This is not covered by insurance) - $50.00

  • Legal Fees - Will be charged for time away from the office (including travel time) at $200 per hour

  • *Additional fees may be incurred in a crisis situation or for longer sessions. Please discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your therapist. Fees are also subject to change based on your insurance coverage.
